Instructions for receiving the parcel at the Smartpost parcel locker or Smartpost parcel point (Narvesen) will be sent to the receiver in the form of a text message (SMS) to the phone specified by the sender ir parcel electronical data after the parcel has been inserted into Smartpost.
How to receive a parcel at a Smartpost parcel locker – unique PIN code and the corresponding locker compartment number in which the parcel is placed will be sent to Receiver by SMS/e-mail. The principle of operation of the Smartpost parcel locker is to enter the received PIN code directly in the door of the compartment by pressing C, PIN code and OK. The text message contains information about the location address of the Smartpost parcel locker, as well as the term until which the package will be stored. If the package is not removed, 2 repeated text messages are sent to the receiver. The package is returned to the sender after 7 days if the receiver didn’t pick up the package.
How to receive a parcel at a Smartpost parcel point – the address of the Smartpost parcel point (Narvesen) and the unique PIN code will be sent to the receiver. Upon arrival after the shipment, the receiver must present the PIN code to the responsible person of the Smartpost point in order for the parcel to be received. The package is returned to the sender after 7 days if the receiver didn’t pick up the package.
