Parcel lockers: located inside shops, shopping centers, business centers. Here you can send, receive or return the parcels.

• To send a parcel – at first create your order at my.smartpost.lv.

• To receive the parcel – enter the received PIN code in the indicated Smartpost door.

• To return the parcel – at first create the return order at my.smartpost.lv.

Parcel points: located in Narvesen shops. Here you can receive or return the parcels by the help of shop assistant.

• To receive the parcel – show the PIN code you have received to the shop assistant.

• To return the parcel – follow the return instructions
