In case the shipment cannot be tracked (for example, you have an incorrect parcel number) or you want to clarify the current location of the shipment, please contact our Customer Service on working days from: 8 am to 6 pm by sending a contact form or writing to email@example.com or by calling +371 67815914.
If you are not sure whether the Sender has added the Recipient’s telephone number, and your shipment is still on its way to Latvia, please send us this additional information by filling in the contact form. Thus we can ensure that first delivery of the shipment is successful.
If the tracking of the shipment shows an unsuccessful attempt of delivery (indicating problems of accessing the address, etc.), please fill in the application form, indicating the exact delivery address and contact information of the Recipient.
