Please note that in the Parcel tracking, the record “Shipment registered” does not mean the shipment has physically has arrived in Latvia. This record refers to actions performed only in the electronic data system.
Please contact our Customer Service by filling out the application form if:
● you want to clarify the status of the parcel however the tracking information is unclear;
● you want to specify the contact phone number of the recipient so that the first delivery is successful;
● Unsuccessful delivery attempt appears in tracking and you need to apply for the parcel re-delivery
Important! When placing an order in online stores, your indicated recipient’s phone number will be registered in our system and the courier will be able to use it only if you, as a buyer, have agreed to the use of your data for the purpose of delivery (please tick the relevant box in the order window). If such a mark is not made, the information about the recipient’s phone number is not transferred into the system and the courier does not have your phone number to contact you before delivery.
