When you shop in European online stores, in most cases, we, Smartpost Itella, deliver your purchases to you – in cooperation with our partner DHL.

DHL parcels in Latvia are delivered to Smartpost parcel lockers or parcel points (read more here)

Our sorting system automatically finds the nearest to your delivery address Smartpost parcel locker or parcel point.  However – now you have the opportunity to choose your most convenient Smartpost location for your next shipments!

All you have to do:

• Register at my.smartpost.lv

• Go to “Settings” and select your preferable Smartpost location from the list in the “Preferred pick-up locations” section

   We will deliver all your next shipments to your selected Smartpost location

• if the phone number of the parcel recipient is the same as the phone number registered at my.smartpost.lv

• if the parcel will be suitable for delivery to the Smartpost parcel locker or point, due to its size or the type of service chosen by the sender

Please note! if there are no free lockers in the Smartpost location you have indicated, we will place your parcel in the next nearest free Smartpost location, to ensure that the parcel reaches you as soon as possible!
