Tips for placing an order with BestSecret
DHL’s international partner Itella, makes the final delivery of BestSecret shipments in Latvia, so please pay attention to the correct ordering process in order to avoid delivery delays due to the lack of the recipient’s telephone number.
When ordering from the bestsecret.com online store, it is very important for you, as the buyer, to consent to the transfer of your contact information for tracking purposes. Although you provided your telephone number when ordering, it will not be available to Itella if your consent is missing from the order. If you give your consent, this will allow your phone number to reach Itella and you will receive the shipment on time and without delay.
How to consent to the transfer of your contact information from BestSecret to Itella for tracking purposes:
- When registering on bestsecret.com, be sure to provide your phone number.
- After registering, go to your personal settings section. You’ll find it in the upper left corner of the page, below your name. In the menu that opens, select Password & contact information.
- Find it at the bottom of the Personal Settings page
Check the box below Shipment tracking, next to the text, agreeing to transfer your contact information for delivery.
CAUTION! Each time you place an order with BestSecret, please check that your telephone number is displayed in your settings and that your contact information has been checked for “Shipment tracking”.
If you have made a purchase in the BestSecret store and have not given your consent to the transfer of the telephone number to the carrier, please be sure to contact us by sending your contact information before the shipment is received in Latvia so that we can add the data to the system in time. Please contact our Customer Service by writing to email@example.com or by filling out the contact form on our website.
We would also like to inform you that according to DHL regulations, BestSecret shipments can be delivered to Smartpost parcel terminals and parcel points, if the parcel size allows insertion into the Smartpost network and the recipient’s telephone number is indicated to which the PIN code is sent. If a Smartpost location is not available near the recipient’s address, the package will be delivered to your home by courier.
