To change the place and time of shipment delivery, please contact our Customer Service.
If changes will be possible, our Customer Service will make the necessary changes to the shipment processing system.

Important: When ordering in online stores, the specified recipient’s phone number will be indicated in the shipment data and the courier will be able to use it only if you, as the buyer, have agreed to use your data for delivery (by ticking the appropriate box in the order window). If this note is not made, the recipient’s phone information will not be transferred to the system and your phone will not be available to the courier to contact before delivery,
