My shipment doesn’t have a status delivered, what shoud I do?

To make sure that the shipment is not delivered, please contact the consignee and check the situation. If the recipient confirms that the shipment has not been delivered and a delivery delay is visible in the life cycle of the shipment (at least 7 days after the planned delivery), please contact our Customer Service by writing to sales-support.lv@itella.com
