Use the Shipment Search to see the status of your shipment. If the shipment has already been received in Latvia, it will be delivered in the next working days from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Delay in the delivery may occur by the lack of the recipient’s phone number on the shipment or in the system, as well as deficiencies in the recipient’s address – in this case, an attempt will be made to deliver the shipment. If the addressee cannot be found or the address cannot be accessed (eg code door), the shipment will be returned to Itella’s warehouse. If a mailbox is available at the address, the courier will leave a notice of unsuccessful delivery with a request to contact Itella Customer Service.
Important: When ordering in online stores, the recipient’s phone number will be indicated in the shipment data and the courier will be able to use it only if you, as the buyer, have agreed to use your data for delivery (by marking the appropriate box in the order window). If this note is not made, the recipient’s phone information will not be transferred to the system and your phone will not be available to the courier to contact you before delivery.
