At the time of delivery, the receiver shall, in the presence of the courier, evaluate the outer packaging of the shipment. If the outer packaging of the shipment is damaged, a damage report shall be drawn up and photographs taken. If upon opening the shipment, the receiver finds that the contents of the shipment also have been damaged, the receiver shall send the information to the sender, who has to submit a claim in the country of dispatch.
