Depending on the service, selected by the sender, your shipment will be delivered by courier to the recipient’s address or will be placed at the Smartpost terminal or Smartpost parcel point (Narvesen), nearest to the recipient’s address. If the shipment will be delivered at Smartpost place, the recipient will receive SMS/E-mail indicating location for parcel pickup and a unique PIN code.
If parcel will be delivered by courier, courier will contact the recipient before the delivery (if receiver’s phone number will be available in the data of shipment).
Important: When ordering in online stores, the specified recipient’s phone number will be indicated in the shipment data and the courier will be able to use it only if you, as the buyer, have agreed to use your data for delivery (by ticking the appropriate box in the order window). If this flag is not checked, the recipient’s phone information will not be transferred to the system.
