If you want to return parcel, please, follow these procedures

IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED SHIPMENT WITH RETURN LABEL: 

  1. Please go to e-shop my.smartpost.lv and enter Return parcel number in left side section Return parcel https://my.smartpost.lv/return_parcel/
    1. If return will be possible through e-shop, you will see information on screen for next steps how to return parcel through Smartpost. If there is no convenient Smartpost place for parcel drop-off near your address, please order courier pickup to your home address by following the instructions below.
    2. If return will not be possible through e-shop, you will see information on screen “This parcel cannot be returned“. In this case, please order courier pickup from Your address by writing to the e-mail address e-smartpost@itella.com or fill in the contact form. Please indicate the parcel collection address, your name and contact telephone number. You also can return shipment in person at Smartpost Itella parcel point in Green Park (Dzirnieku street 24, Marupe, Marupes district, LV-2167, Latvia). Smartpost Green Park parcel point working hours on weekdays from 8:30 to 17:30.

IF YOU DID DOT RECEIVE RETURN LABEL: 

Please contact the Sender (for, example, Online store Customer service) and ask to send you a return label by e-mail so that you can print it and follow return procedure described before.

TIPS FOR RETURN: 

Packaging 
Please carefully pack your returning goods using additional inner packaging if necessary. The outer packaging must be made of durable and strong material. Please use a quality sealing method, especially if the contents of the package are heavy. Detailed packaging recommendations can be found here.

Labelling  
Please attach the return label to the outer packaging so that the label is not folded on the corners of the package and that it covers the original label with which the shipment was delivered initially. A properly attached Return label must completely cover the previous label barcode (so that it is no longer visible).

Please note that when returning the shipment to the courier or handing it over at the Smartpost parcel point, the returning goods must be packed and the packaging must have a Return label attached. Itella has the right not to pick up insufficiently or improperly packaged shipments if they do not meet the requirements for safe transportation.

Shipment Pick- up times by courier

RigaIf pick-up order request is received until 14:00 Courier will pickup shipment on the same working day
RigaIf pick-up order request is received after 14:00 Courier will pickup shipment on the next working day
Outside of RigaIf pick-up order request is received until.16:00 Courier will pickup shipment on the next working day
Outside of RigaIf pick-up order request is received after 16:00 Courier will pickup shipment after 2 working days
