I received a message about a failed delivery, what should I do?

In most cases, unsuccessful parcel delivery happens if the receiver’s contact phone has not been transmitted to the system and the courier had no access to the receiver’s address at the time of delivery (unknown door code, receiver not present, wrong address, etc).

To arrange a redelivery, please contact our Customer Service.

Important: When ordering in online stores, the specified recipient’s phone number will be indicated in the shipment data and the courier will be able to use it only if you, as the buyer, have agreed to use your data for delivery (by ticking the appropriate box in the order window). If this note is not made, the recipient’s phone information will not be transferred to the system and your phone will not be available to the courier to contact you before delivery.
