Depending on the type of service chosen by the sender and international delivery agreements, the ordered goods from foreign online stores can also be delivered to Smartpost parcel terminals or Smartpost parcel points (Narvesen), although you have indicated your home or work address when ordering goods. If the sender has selected a certain delivery service and the shipment data (exact recipient’s address and contact phone), as well as the package dimensions, are appropriate, the shipment is automatically sorted to the nearest Smartpost location not exceeding 2 km (measured by direct line on the map). If you definitely would like to receive the parcel to the specified address, please, specify the terms of the delivery service by contacting the sender before making the purchase or ordering goods overseas.
